Cancellation of Services

During the Minimum Term: If you choose to cancel our services before the end of the minimum engagement period as specified in our Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund for any fees already paid.

After the Minimum Term: For services on a rolling monthly contract, you may cancel at any time by providing at least 30 days’ written notice. You will not be entitled to a refund for the notice period during which services will continue to be provided.

Grounds for a Refund

• Non-performance of Services: If we fail to provide the services as described in your chosen service package and do not rectify this within a reasonable timeframe after being notified in writing.
• Service Not Performed with Reasonable Care and Skill: If it can be demonstrated that our services have not been delivered with the professional diligence and expertise expected of an SEO agency.

No Guarantees

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes. A lack of particular ranking improvement will not be grounds for a refund, provided that we have delivered the services outlined in your package with reasonable care and skill.

Timeframe for Results

Actual ranking placement in search engines may take several months to achieve. This sets expectations that SEO is not an immediate result service.

Client Actions Impacting Results

Rankings may be affected if the client changes their site without informing the SEO service provider. This ensures transparency and accountability.

Guarantee Disclaimer Clarification

While particular rankings are not guaranteed due to the complexity of SEO and competition, the overall SEO strategy aims to improve the website’s search presence. The overall improvements are expected, but exact rankings are not guaranteed.

Process for Requesting a Refund
